Venue Only Weddings

· Full day use of Bridal House from 10:00am-8:00pm that includes professional hair & make-up room for you & your bridesmaids 

·  Use of any in house decor including multiple choices of arbors, lanterns, faux florals, candle votives, runners, floating candles, signage & much more to choose from

·  Use of our handcrafted farm tables & cross back chairs (includes set up and breakdown)

·  Use of separate Groom’s Suite beginning at 1:00pm 

·  Handcrafted pews for your ceremony for up to 100 guests

·  Several ceremony sites available: Pavilion, Barn Exterior, Barn Interior or Garden)

·  Staging kitchen

·  One-hour Rehearsal (date to be determined based upon Ivy & Oak’s availability)

·  Custom curated timeline

·  Five hour event duration, ending at or before 10pm. Additional time is available 

·  Custom bar Packages available with premium beer, wine, signature cocktails and spirits
